Bruce was our agent for our first time home purchase in the city. My husband and I were new to this process entirely and we are so glad we found Bruce! I live in Washington state and needed a broker I can trust selling my apartment in Chicago at Michigan Avenue. Within two weeks we had a contract at good market price. Unfortunately that was the time the Corona Virus impact made a sale impossible due to various reasons and the contract was cancelled.
